MASUMI SPA 想要通知您，由于 Chiang Mai Orchid Hotel 仍关闭至 2020年 6月 30日，水疗中心将于2020 年 7月 1日10:00开放。

因此，按照卫生部疾病控制措施，我们将在2020年6月期间继续暂时停止服务，为了正常营业和使大家可以更好地享受我们的服务而做准备。

对于拥有即将过期礼券或优惠券的客户，MASUMI SPA 将自动将所有客户的服务期限延长至 2020年 12月 31日。

Please be advised that Masumi spa will be OPEN AS USUAL ON 1st JULY 2020 at 10.00 am. due to Chiangmai Orchid Hotel is temporarily closed until 30th June 2020.

Therefore, we will be temporarily closed in June until 1st July 2020 to prepare for ‘New Normal’ service and hospitality, to manage the wellbeing and safety of our guests and accordance with the sustainable disease and health hazard prevention and control.

在这次冠状病毒感染大流行（COVID-19）期间

在这次冠状病毒感染大流行（COVID-19）期间，我国政府刚刚宣布采取措施，公共服务场所必须关闭26天。

Masumi spa将遵循该政策，并于3月19日至13日4月关闭，以支持公共卫生事业。

我们将于4月13日以后再次营业。

During this pandemic of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19), our government just announced the measures to contain the spread of the ranging for 14-days closure of public service places.

Masumi spa will follow that policy and close from 19 March 2020 until 13 April 2020 for supporting public health. We will operate again after 14 April 2020 as normally service time at 10.00-23.00.

Can pregnant women get massages? 孕妇可不可以以按摩？- Masumi Spa Chiangmai

由于怀孕使母亲身体有变化，如体形、孕酮激素、情绪，这些在怀孕时会发生的。当胎儿有越来越多体重可以引起母亲的酸痛，如背痛、腿痛、手臂痛，腰痛和臀部痛等。这些可以用按摩来把它放松，但有一些条件：
• 应应在4个月或16周到8 月（32周）怀孕后才做按摩。
• 母亲要在一边躺下来，不能按的太严重因为可能影响胎儿，然而母亲可以做不严重的按摩，但重复许多次，直到母亲感到舒服和放松。
• 可以做肌肉按摩，但不能直接按骨头和足部按摩因为它会影响胎儿。
• 使用的产品必须是天然产品，对婴儿无害。
• 按摩师必须对孕妇按摩法有好知识和经验。
• 孕妇按摩只能为放松按摩，例如精油按摩、香脂按摩或其他美容按摩，如磨砂和草药球按摩等。
• 避免太热的按摩法，如桑拿、在热水中浸泡，因为热量可能导致身体脱水和缺矿物可能影响婴儿和血液循环。

应告知接待员您怀孕了多长时间为了得到适当建议，并为胎儿更安全。
